Posted on December 31, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a simple, tasty recipe for sausage and cream cheese crescent rolls — perfect for breakfast, snacks, or parties! 🥐🧀🌭

Sausage & Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

Ingredients (makes 8–10 rolls)

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled (or pre-cooked links sliced)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Spread cream cheese evenly on each triangle.
  5. Sprinkle cooked sausage and shredded cheese over the cream cheese. Add seasonings if desired.
  6. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip, forming a crescent.
  7. Place rolls on the baking sheet, tip side down to prevent unrolling.
  8. Bake 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool 2–3 minutes, then serve warm.

Tips & Variations

  • Add chopped green onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
  • Brush with a little egg wash before baking for a shinier finish.
  • Swap sausage for bacon or ham if you prefer.
