Here’s a simple and addictive recipe for Ranch Oyster Crackers — crunchy, savory, and perfect for snacking or party mixes.

🦪 Ranch Oyster Crackers

Ingredients (makes about 6 cups)

  • 1 (16 oz) bag of plain oyster crackers
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

  • Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Toss the crackers

  • In a large bowl, combine oyster crackers and oil/butter.
  • Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Toss well until all crackers are evenly coated.

3. Bake

  • Spread crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crackers are crisp and fragrant.
  • Keep an eye on them; you don’t want them to burn.

4. Cool & store

  • Let crackers cool completely.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Tips

  • Adjust seasoning to taste — add extra garlic powder or cayenne for a spicy kick.
  • These are great as a snack, salad topper, or party mix.
  • You can also add dried herbs like parsley or dill for extra flavor.

I can also give you a quick microwave version for super-fast ranch oyster crackers if you want.

Do you want me to do that?
