Meat mixture

Sauce mixture

1 cup pizza sauce or marinara

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1 tbsp tomato paste (optional, for richness)
For assembling

6β8 hamburger buns, split

Additional mozzarella or provolone for topping

1. Brown the meat

In a large skillet, cook ground beef + pork with diced onion.

Break up the meat while browning.

2. Add the sauce
