No-Bake Banana Cinnamon Energy Bites

Posted on November 30, 2025 by Admin

Yum! No-bake banana cinnamon energy bites are a quick, healthy snack that’s naturally sweet and full of flavor. Here’s a simple way to make them:

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2–3 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • 1–2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness, mini chocolate chips, chia seeds, or flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Mix in nut butter and cinnamon (and sweetener if using).
  3. Add oats and any optional add-ins. Stir until everything sticks together.
  4. Form into bite-sized balls with your hands.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

💡 Tips:

  • If the mixture is too sticky, add a few more oats.
  • Roll the bites in shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or crushed nuts for extra texture.
  • Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week—or freeze for longer storage.

If you want, I can suggest a slightly crunchy version that still stays no-bake. Want me to do that?
