Here’s a very popular 3-ingredient, no-flour dinner using mozzarella cheese slices — quick, filling, and healthy.


🧀 Mozzarella Egg Skillet (3 Ingredients)

Ingredients

  • Mozzarella cheese slices
  • Eggs
  • Tomatoes (fresh or cherry)

(Salt & pepper optional — not counted)


How to Make It

  1. Heat a non-stick pan on low–medium heat.
  2. Lay the mozzarella slices directly in the pan.
  3. Add sliced tomatoes on top.
  4. Crack eggs over everything.
  5. Cover with a lid and cook 5–7 minutes, until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
  6. Season if desired and serve hot.
