-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

Posted on November 27, 2025 by Admin
Here’s a simple, classic peanut butter fudge recipe that uses just a few ingredients:

3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy works best)

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Optional:

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A pinch of salt (if peanut butter is unsalted)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan

    • Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Mix peanut butter and condensed milk

    • In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk.

    • Heat over low-medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and well combined. Do not boil.

  3. Add powdered sugar

    • Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar (and vanilla or salt if using) until fully incorporated. The mixture should be thick and slightly stiff.

  4. Pour into pan

    • Spread evenly into the prepared pan using a spatula. Smooth the top.

  5. Chill

    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  6. Cut and serve

    • Lift the fudge from the pan using parchment paper and cut into squares.

    • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Tips

  • For a creamier texture, you can add 1–2 tablespoons of butter when heating peanut butter and condensed milk.

  • Mix in chocolate chips, nuts, or a swirl of melted chocolate for variation.

  • Make sure to stir constantly while heating, otherwise the mixture may scorch.

If you want, I can also give a no-bake microwave version that takes under 10 minutes.
