Ingredients (9×5-inch loaf pan)

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

1. Prep

2. Mix dry ingredients

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.


3. Mix wet ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk until smooth.


4. Combine

  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and fold until just combined (do not overmix).


5. Add fudge layer

  • Pour half the batter into the loaf pan.

  • Drizzle fudge sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips over the batter.

  • Pour the remaining batter on top.

6. Bake
