🍤🍖🥦 Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli Skillet

Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

Protein & Veggies

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 8–10 oz smoked sausage (andouille, kielbasa, or turkey sausage), sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp oil (divided)

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or rice vinegar
  • 1–2 tsp sriracha or chili flakes (optional for heat)

Extras (optional but great)

  • Green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

🔪 Instructions

1. Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together:

  • Honey
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Lemon juice
  • Sriracha (optional)
    Set aside.

2. Cook the Sausage

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
  • Add sliced sausage and sear 3–4 minutes until browned.
  • Remove and set aside.

3. Cook the Broccoli

  • Add the remaining oil to the pan.
  • Stir-fry broccoli 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender (add 2 tbsp water and cover for steam if needed).

4. Add the Shrimp

  • Push broccoli to the side and add shrimp.
  • Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.

5. Combine & Sauce It

  • Add sausage back to the pan.
  • Pour the honey garlic sauce over everything.
  • Stir and cook 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.

🍽️ Serve With

  • Steamed rice
  • Fried rice
  • Noodles
  • Cauliflower rice
  • Or enjoy as a low-carb bowl!

  • Use smoked sausage for deeper flavor.
