Posted on November 28, 2025 by Admin
Here’s a rich, restaurant-style recipe for Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce — tender, seared steak cubes in a buttery, garlicky sauce with a silky Parmesan cream finish. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or date-night indulgence.

🥩 Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce

Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

For the Steak Bites

  • 1 lb sirloin, ribeye, or tender steak, cut into 1–2 inch cubes

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Optional: fresh thyme or rosemary for flavor

For the Parmesan Cream Sauce

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt & pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Sear the steak bites

  1. Pat steak cubes dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Sear steak cubes in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

  4. Remove steak and set aside.

2. Make garlic butter

  • Reduce heat to medium.

  • In the same skillet, melt 3 tbsp butter.

  • Add minced garlic and optional herbs; sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

  • Return steak bites to skillet and toss in garlic butter to coat.

3. Make the Parmesan cream sauce

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter.

  2. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

  3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  4. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Serve

  • Plate the steak bites and pour the Parmesan cream sauce over the top (or serve on the side for dipping).

  • Garnish with chopped parsley.

  • Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, or roasted vegetables.

✨ Tips for Success

  • High heat = perfect sear; avoid overcrowding the pan.

  • Steak choice: sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin works best.

  • Make it extra garlicky: add roasted garlic to the cream sauce.

  • Optional kick: a pinch of red pepper flakes in the cream sauce.

If you want, I can also create a one-skillet version that cooks the steak and makes the Parmesan cream sauce all in the same pan for even easier cleanup.
