Creamy Beef and Shells (Quick Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz medium pasta shells

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2–3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente; drain.

  2. Brown beef in a large skillet; drain excess fat.

  3. Add onion and cook until soft. Add garlic for 30 seconds.

  4. Stir in Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper.

  5. Add flour, stir 30 seconds.

  6. Pour in beef broth + tomato sauce; simmer 4–5 minutes.

  7. Stir in cream, then cheddar until melted.

  8. Add pasta back in and mix to coat.

  9. Garnish with parsley and serve.
