🍫🥜 Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars
Makes: 16 bars
Ingredients
Base Layer

2 cups crispy rice cereal

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup powdered sugar
Chocolate Layer

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
1. Prep pan

Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving extra to lift bars easily.
2. Make the peanut butter base

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter and peanut butter together until smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar until combined.

Fold in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.

Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
3. Make the chocolate topping

In a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, melt chocolate chips with 2 tbsp peanut butter until smooth.

Pour chocolate over the peanut butter cereal base.

Spread evenly with a spatula.
4. Chill and set

Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until firm.
5. Slice and serve

Lift out of pan using parchment overhang.

Cut into squares or bars and serve.
