Ingredients (serves 6)

- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Optional: extra shredded cheddar for melting on top
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
- Heat to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with foil for easy cleanup.
2. Mix the meatloaf
In a large bowl, combine:
- ground beef
- shredded cheddar
- breadcrumbs
- diced onion
- eggs
- ketchup
- mustard
- Worcestershire
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Mix gently just until combined—don’t overmix.
3. Shape & place

- brown sugar
