🦞 Baked Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter
Ingredients (2–4 lobster tails)

2–4 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2–3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for color)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

✂️ Prep the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell lengthwise to the tail (don’t cut the bottom shell).

Gently pull the meat up through the shell and rest it on top (“butterflied”).

Pat the meat dry with a paper towel.
🧈 Make the Garlic Butter

Mix together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Brush generously over the exposed lobster meat.
🔥 Baking Method

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with foil.

Bake 10–12 minutes, or until meat is opaque and reaches 140–145°F (60–63°C).

Brush with additional garlic butter after baking.
