Tips for Perfect Baked Bone-In Pork
-
Internal temperature is key: Use a meat thermometer for perfectly cooked pork.
-
Searing optional but recommended: Adds extra flavor and color.
-
Marinade: For more flavor, marinate pork in olive oil, garlic, and herbs for 1–2 hours before baking.
-
Leftovers: Slice and use in sandwiches, salads, or tacos.
I can also provide a sweet-and-savory baked version with a honey-garlic glaze that makes the pork extra tender and flavorful.
Do you want that version?
