Here’s a delicious and easy recipe for Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Potatoes:

Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Potatoes 🥩🥔

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb (450 g) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Potatoes:

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Garlic Butter:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Potatoes

  1. Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and tender.

2. Prepare the Steak Bites

  1. While potatoes cook, season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Toss with 1 tsp olive oil to coat.

3. Air Fry the Steak

  1. After the potatoes are done, remove and keep warm.
  2. Place steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to do this in batches).
  3. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

4. Make Garlic Butter

  1. In a small pan or microwave-safe bowl, melt butter.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant (about 30 seconds in the microwave or 1 minute in a pan).
  3. Add chopped parsley.

5. Combine & Serve

  • Toss steak bites with garlic butter.
  • Serve with roasted potatoes on the side.
  • Optional: drizzle a little extra garlic butter over the potatoes for extra flavor.

Tips

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer; steak bites need space to sear properly.
  • Rest steak bites for 2–3 minutes after cooking to retain juices.
  • You can add vegetables like bell peppers or asparagus to the air fryer for a full meal.

If you want, I can also make a 5-minute Air Fryer Hack Version that cooks the steak and potatoes together for an even faster weeknight dinner.

Do you want me to do that?
