🍏 Instructions
1. Prep the Pan
Grease a 10×15-inch rimmed baking sheet (jelly roll pan).
Line with parchment for easy slicing.
2. Make the Filling
In a large bowl, mix:
- apples
- sugars
- cornstarch
- lemon juice
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- salt
- vanilla
Toss until apples are coated and glossy.
3. Assemble the Bottom Crust
