Ingredients (makes 6–8 cones)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • ½ cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks

For the Strawberry Crunch:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

For the Cones:

  • 6–8 waffle cones

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberry crunch:

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and nuts together; fold in strawberries.
