Instructions
1. Preheat oven

Heat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Line a large baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
2. Prep potatoes and onions

Dice or slice potatoes evenly so they cook at the same rate.

Slice the onion into strips or rings.

Add both to a large bowl.
