🦞 Lobster Tails with Garlic Lemon Butter
Ingredients (4 lobster tails)

4 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

✂️ Prepare the Lobster Tails

Butterfly the tails:

Use kitchen scissors to cut down the top shell lengthwise to the tail, stopping before the fin.

Gently pull the meat up and out, resting it on top of the shell.

In a small bowl, combine:

Brush liberally over the lobster meat.
