🥚 Soft & Creamy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients (1–2 servings):

  • 2–4 eggs
  • 1–2 tbsp butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Optional: splash of milk or cream, cheese, chives

Method:

1. Crack & whisk

  • Crack eggs into a bowl.
  • Add a pinch of salt (this helps the texture).
  • Whisk until the yolks and whites are completely blended and slightly frothy.

2. Heat the pan

  • Place a nonstick pan over low to medium-low heat.
  • Add butter and let it melt gently.

3. Cook slowly

  • Pour in the eggs.
  • Using a spatula, push the eggs from the edges toward the center, creating soft curds.
  • Keep the heat low—slow cooking = creamier eggs.

4. Remove early

  • When they’re almost done (still a little glossy), remove from heat.
  • The residual heat will finish cooking them.

5. Season & serve

  • Add pepper, more salt if needed, and any extras like cheese or herbs.
  • Serve immediately.
