Posted on November 28, 2025 by Admin

Here’s an easy and quick 3-Minute Fudge recipe! It’s super simple, indulgent, and requires just a few ingredients. Perfect for when you need a fast, delicious dessert fix!

🍫 3-Minute Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or your favorite type of chocolate chips)

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of salt (optional, but it enhances the flavor!)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Melt the chocolate

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.

  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth (about 1.5–2 minutes total).

2. Stir in vanilla and salt

  • Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if desired. This step is optional but adds a nice depth of flavor.

3. Pour and set

  • Pour the melted fudge mixture into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

  • Smooth the top with a spatula.

4. Chill

  • Let the fudge cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm and set.

5. Cut and serve

  • Once the fudge is set, cut into squares and serve!

✨ Tips for Success

  • Customize: Add chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, or swirl in peanut butter or caramel for extra flavor!

  • Make it festive: Top with sprinkles or crushed candies for holidays or parties.

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the fridge for longer shelf life.

If you want, I can also give you a peanut butter version or a dark chocolate salted caramel fudge! Let me know!
